To enquire this adventure, there is an enquiry button at the end of the page. If you have already read this page, you may ENQUIRE HERE without scrolling down.
Skytrex Shah Alam Adventure Park has been CLOSED since March 2019 due to irrepairable damage caused by a storm. Since July 2019, the newly constructed Skytrex Sungai Congkak in Hulu Langat has been launched to offer 2 thrilling zipline circuits with new obstacles challenges for adventure seekers to play high above ground.
Skytrex Shah Alam Adventure Park is an unusual high elements jungle canopy adventure in the Shah Alam National Botanical Park (Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam) located in Shah Alam a few years ago. The zipline challenges or jungle canopy adventure have revitalised the park's long forgotten attraction as the Malaysia's first agricultural park (built 1986) and quite possibly the world's largest at 1290 hectares. The park's name has changed several times along with several revitalisation plans throughout the years. It had once been known as Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam Agricultural Park and at another point Bukit Cerakah Agriculture Park.
Skytrex has 3 Circuits
Skytrex Shah Alam circuits will test your balancing skills as well as your strength and mental confidence. The unique challenges found along the 3 circuits will have you standing, climbing, walking, swinging and zipping as high as 22 metres off the ground! There are several exit points should you find the challenges too much to handle or if there's an emergency requiring your immediate evacuation.
Below images are only hints of what you might negotiate on the courses. There are numerous challenges which we will not show here because we'd rather have you find out on the courses itself! The challenges will give you a good workout.
BIG THRILL REQUIREMENTS |
EXTREME CHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS |
LITTLE ADVENTURE REQUIREMENTS The Skytrex adventure for little tots and those elders who want a sampling of the zipline fun! The childrens' course is lower to the ground. The highest platform will be about 10 feet above ground. The young ones will develop hand and eye coordination as well, body balance on the trail. Being in an agricultural park, the sights and sounds is a humongous classroom for the children, feeding their inquisitive minds with nature's bio-diversity. All this is provided in a safe environment with a trainer/guide keeping a close eye but not too close, allowing the child to explore his or her own abilities. Parents or Guardians can even follow them for free from the ground. There are 15 Challenges. |
Some challenges on each course may be changed every now and then due to fallen trees from natural causes, or to add new life to the courses. If you haven't visited in awhile, you might be surprised again with some new challenges.
