ATV Cemerung, Dungun, Terengganu

Cemerung ATV Offroad Adventure at Kampung Jongok Batu in Dungun, Trengganu state provides a variety of  ATV offroad rides for adults and children. There is a variety of trails and terrain owith different levels of excitement and challenges. The location is in the vicinity of one of the most famous recreational forests in Terengganu if not Malaysia, the Cemerung Waterfall Recreational Park. The park itself is home to the highest waterfall in the country, and the oldest and largest Cengal Tree (hardwood) in Malaysia. The dazzling spectacle of the Cemerung Waterfall which lay at the wall of East Cost Mountain Range 30 kilometeres from Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah (Durian Mas), plunges majestically from 305 metres through beautiful steep rock faces before smashing into the waters below.

You will be riding ATV 150cc with automatic gears.

Children may be pillion riders. Teenagers aged 17 years and below, must be accompanied by a guardian or parent. All participants will complete a Release of Liability Form on site.

Riding rough terrain, uphill, downhill, watch the stunning view of Cemerung Waterfall wall of water, crossing Sungai Idayah to Cemerong Recreational Park. Visit the park to take a dip in the cold river water then return back to ATV base.

What to wear or bring?

It is advisable to wear long sleeves quick dry shirt and long pants and sport shoes or sneakers but you can always put what you are comfortable with. Rain or shine, activity continues! Slippers not suitable.

Bring extra clothes because you would never want to miss the rivers or waterfall. Bring Insect repellent, sun block, cap, camera, light snack or food and drinks.

Getting Here

Cemerung Waterfall Recreational Park can be reached by own transportation or taxi or other public transportation from Kuala Lumpur to Paka. From Paka straight to Bandar Al-Muktafibillah Shah. Recreational Forest of Cemerung Waterfall is located 30km from the town of Al-Muktafibillah Shah (15-20 minutes drive), or 100km from Kuala Terengganu (1 hour drive).
